4 cups confectioner’s sugar

1 cup ground pecans

½ cup plus 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk

¼ cup butter, softened

3 cups (18) ounces semisweet chocolate chips

2 tablespoons shortening

In a large bowl, combine your confectioners’ sugar, pecans, milk and butter. Roll into one inch balls. Place on waxed paper lined baking sheet. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

In a microwave melt your chocolate chips and shortening; stir until smooth. Dip the balls in the chocolate; allow excess to drip off. Place on waxed paper; let stand until set.
