The characters were well developed and well rounded.  I really liked the fact that the two main characters were sisters.  I liked that they shared their childhood and family ties.  I thought that they were both strong women who were not afraid to take chances when it came to figuring out the killer.  They were also funny and some of the actions and conversations had me laughing out loud.
